Maria Athanasopoulou is the founder of the tourism marketing company Respond On Demand. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She serves as chairwoman of the World Food Travel Association based in the USA.
She is the ambassador in Greece of the international Organization Green Destinations. . She has obtained the title of sustainable tourism marketing expert. She also represents in Greece and Cyprus the Good Travel Scan project of Good Travel Guide & Green Destinations
She has conducted as a lecturer in sales, marketing and gastronomic tourism seminars for tourism professionals and tourist destinations. She has given many speeches and presentations on tourism and culture related topics, in relative events in Greece and abroad.
