Daniela Peeva has a master's degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She holds a CPD diploma from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specialization in Business, International Relations and the Political Economy. In 2023 she attended TCFD Climate Risk program in London and the Program Mechanics of Financial Climate Risk, IFF Middlesex University London.
Daniela is a speaker and moderator of the vireos national and international events covering corporate governance, investor relations, sustainability development and reporting and ESG.
Since 2005 he has been Chairperson of the Association of Bulgarian Investor Relations Directors (ABIRD), Chairperson on behalf of ABIRD of the Bulgarian National Committee on Corporate Governance, Managing Partner of Investor Relations Services Ltd - a company specialized in providing consulting in corporate governance, investor relations and sustainability development and reporting to publicly listed companies. She is an arbitrator at the Sofia Arbitration Court of the International Association for Justice and Arbitration.
Daniela Peeva is a Member of the High Level Forum Capital Market Union to the European Commission, member of the Corporate Finance Standing Committee (CFSC) to European Securities and Markets Authority's (ESMA) and member of the Corporate Events Group (CEG) - Advisory Group on market infrastructures for securities and collateral to the European Central Bank's (ECB)
