Mr. Sotiris Milonas is a Civil Engineer, MBA, with a 26-year experience in the field, while from 2004 he is active in the tourism sector with studies and sustainability system inspections in more than 20 countries. Mr. Milonas has also taken various courses like Sustainability Leadership and Finance at Cambridge University. Mr. Sotiris Mιlonas has been occupied with sustainability issues related to tourism development and industrial sustainability. Mr. Mylonas is mainly involved in energy, water and waste management studies, carbon management and certifications projects. Through his studies, a number of proposals arise regarding waste management and ESG criteria so as to comply with the legislation in place and the community entitlements of Taxonomy.
