He is an active entrepreneur and a High-Level Expert consultant in environmental ICT and decision support systems in networking environments. Very experienced in environmental impact assessment studies and very active in the field of air quality in urban environments. He has participated in the development and management of many strategic environmental projects (in the Public and Private Sector) as well as database management systems for ministries, research organizations and private companies (Ministry of Environment, European Commission). He has participated in numerous technical annexes, European projects and has more than 30 papers in scientific review magazines and conferences. He holds a Physics Bachelor from AUTH, MSc from UCLA in Atmospheric Sciences, PhD in Atmospheric Physics and Business Excellence Certificate from the University of Berkeley CA. He is a certified future scientist.
